As we are nearing the end of winter, and looking forward to Spring 2010. I cannot help but reflect on the goals we have set for ourselves for the year 2010. We are celebrating our 10th year and many exciting things are happening at Caring Solutions. I am going to give you a peak inside, first let us look at our employees: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our many loyal employees; whom have grown with us over the last 10 years. We are where we are because of your hard work, and dedication. You may not know this, but you are considered the “A list” among your peers in the industry. As a company we would continue to provide the growth opportunity and training necessary that will help us maintain our record for the lowest turnover rate in this industry. The Caring Solutions difference is seen when you interact with clients and their families.
Secondly, our Field Supervisors, Amalli, Sharon and Noemi ensure that our clients continue to receive the highest level of care, because each care plan is tailored precisely to meet their needs, and is promptly updated when those needs change. Every Home Care professional has confidence in the care plan and consistently follows it. They continue to interact with both clients and employees in the field, by doing field visits, and evaluations to ensure that the highest level of service is given to our clients, and also that our employee’s needs are met.
We in management will continue to develop a productive system to meet every challenge we encounter. We are developing our Operating Manual that will be easily understood by all staff. The disaster relief plan has been completed - in case a major disaster hits, this will be our guide on how we will operate. We are also one of the agencies that would assist the state in their disaster relief plan. By the end of March we will launch our new website. The new website will have the same address – www.ctcaringsolutions.com . The new company website will be more user-friendly, and employees would be directed to the site for updates and changes. You may have noticed our new Logo (in keeping with that trend). We are also creating a new Ad that would replace the one that has been running for the last three years. |
